5pm-8pm – Registration: Bench session at the Big 4 Windmill Holiday Park.
56 Remembrance Drive, Cardigan. Meal provided, Happy Hour 6 -7pm (BYO after 7pm).

Saturday 23 November
8am -10am – Breakfast: Bacon & Eggs Sandwiches, Cereal, Juice, Coffee & Tea at Big 4 Windmill Holiday Park. Late Registration.
10:30am Observation Run departing from Holiday Park to lunch destination.

7:30pm-10:30pm Tenpin Bowling, Raffles, Trophy Presentations & Kids Colouring Competition.
Finger food, Free Shuttle Bus to and from Big 4 Holiday Park and surrounding Motels, until close.

Sunday 24 November
7:30am – 9am Breakfast: Pancakes, Cereal, Juice, Cofffee & Tea at Big 4 Windmill Holiday Park.
10am Show & Glow display at Springfest, Lake Wendouree.
Live Band, Kids activities, 100s of stalls. Trophy Presentations.
