Vulcan 650 Custom Motorcycle Seat by Cruzn Trimming
Carlo brought his Vulcan 650 motorcycle seats into Cruzn Trimming as he was needing a softer and more comfortable ride.
We used our softening and foam reconstruction layering system to get Carlo sitting in his seat instead of on it!

Carlo also wanted his pillion seat softened and widened and joined to the rider seat to make it into a two-up seat
Trimmed in our Cruzn Digital CNC panels with his Wide Open Throttle logo embroidered into his seat, gave him an individual look and addressed both the comfort and aesthetic appearance of his Vulcan 650
Custom Seat Modifications:
- No rider positioning changes required
- Pillion seat widened by an inch and a half on both sides
- Pillion and rider seat joined together to make a two-up seat
Custom Seat Softening:
- Did a foam reconstruction and added a gel pad using the Cruzn Trimming ergo foam reconstruction layering system
Custom Seat Design:
- Trimmed with Cruzn Digital Stitching digitally stitched honeycomb marine grade vinyl with green stitching to match his bike
- Wide Open Throttle embroidered on both sides of his pillion seat
